Shipping & Delivery

All Carolita Home international orders are prepared with care and shipped directly from our showroom in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Courier & Rates We ship worldwide using DHL Express to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Duties & Taxes (DDU Policy) Please note that all international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that the shipping cost paid at checkout covers courier transportation only. Any import duties, foreign taxes, or customs clearance fees applied by your country’s customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery 

• Important: Carolita Home is not responsible for customs delays, local payment issues, or regulatory holds in the destination country.

• If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, any return shipping fees and administrative costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
