Returns & Exchanges

We want you to completely love your Carolita Home pieces. If for any reason something didn’t work out as expected, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your package.

How to start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Send us an email at hellocarolitahome@gmail.com with your order number, stating whether you would like an exchange (different size/item) or a refund.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the correct return shipping address.

Please keep in mind:

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping fees and any associated customs duties are the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking. 

  • Item condition: To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The funds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
